If any one knows about the struggle of finding your voice - IT'S ME! My life’s journey has been finding my voice. At a very early age I got in trouble for talking too much. Somehow that translated into me being quiet and believing I didn’t have anything to say. I figured if I am going to speak it better be good or add value If I am going to get in trouble for it.
Along with that, this road ALSO also had me frustrated trying to find out what I was created to do! Everyone close to me was fully walking in their own purpose & gifting, while I was struggling trying to find mine.
Fast forward, my journey includes 20 + years in the multimedia arena including radio; as a News, Traffic & Weather Anchor on 90.9 KCBI FM, in Dallas/Ft. Worth, Also, as a "signature brand voice" of one of the largest international ministries in the world. My voice echos in more than 200 countries and 25 million homes . I've also been blessed with 15+ years of mentoring corporate employees & external clients with communication coaching; giving them insight and tools to connect to their external customers!
NOW, as the journey becomes clearer every day; using my gift, that is owned and protected by God, I am able to declare his word to encourage others to build and create what they would like to see!

Take Words For Your Journey is a daily reminder of the importance of watching every word you speak. For we have a promise in the word of God; Hebrews 11:3, that says our worlds are framed (shaped, developed, created, built) by the word of God. So the foundation of any area in our lives are built, strengthened and remain based upon the word of God.
Take Words For Your Journey was birthed from gaining the understanding of the importance of words and how they literally impact our lives day by day. For the bible says in Proverbs 18:21 that, life and death are in the power of the tongue and he who loves to talk shall eat the consequences of their words.
Remember whatever you choose to speak on a daily basis, positive or negative; eventually you WILL see the fruit of your lips. It's inevitable!
